Hi Fellow Riders,
I’m sure everyone is anxious to get riding. I drove to Durham Forest today so that I could report on trail conditions. There is still a fair amount of snow and ice in the forest. I’m sure it will be at least 2 weeks before the trails will be ready to ride. ( It may be longer) Please stay off the trails until they are dry. Riding them before they are ready not only wrecks the trails but gives mountain bikers a bad name. I will check the trails out again in another 2 weeks and send out an update.

Is the weekly BINXS race series still going to be running (I think it starts tomorrow). Will the trails be damaged by the race?

BikeNXS series did start on the 14th. Limited trails where used and were checked before hand by the organizer and LSRCA and found to be ready. For more info check http://bikenxs.com/
