We had a good first planning session. The rides and trails teams have come up with some good results. But we’re not ready for the season yet. We have to decide on a few very important matters. Namely: membership drive, membership engagement, and marketing. If you have any thoughts or ideas on these topics, or you’d like to help out please come to the meeting this Sunday.

Broadly speaking here’s how it’s going to work. For each of the major bullet points we’ll spend some time brainstorming some idea for *what* we want to do. Then we’ll divvie up the work to *who* will do it. Great ideas are only great if they can be realized.

BTW if you’ll have the jersey fitkit at the meeting on Sunday. So if you need to figure out what size of jersey you want (you do want one right?) come on out and try on a few sizes.
