The 2009 season is fast approaching and I bet you’re wondering what the DMBA has in store. Here is our ride schedule for 2009. This is subject to change at any time, so check back for any updates.

Weekly Rides

We will be using ClubMTB again this year for our ride scheduling. This allows the ride leaders to send out notices of rides, updates, and check how many and who are coming. You’ll get invitations to rides in an email. All you have to do is click the link in the email to say you are coming. If you are a member you should have an account. If you can’t remember your password go to the ClubMTB site and reset your password.

We’ll be having our regular group rides on Wednesday and Saturday morning again this year.

Wednesday evening: meet in the Durham Forest parking lot for 6:00. The ride leaves at 6:30 pm sharp. Normally we break into two groups, fast and not so fast. The not so fast group will wait for riders and keep the group together.

Saturday morning: this year our Saturday morning rides will be rotating through the great riding locations of Durham Region. We are planning on making regular stops at Durham Forest, 3 Rocks, Ganaraska, and Ravenshoe. Each week we’ll be some place different from last time. Meet at the trail head for 9:30, rides leave at 10am sharp. As with our weeknight rides, we’ll split up into groups as needed.
